With the purchase of courses, there is a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period. This means that within 7 days of the date & time of booking, you are entitled to a full refund, or exchange. We will endeavour to process this refund to you within 30 days. To obtain a refund, you must advise us in writing (or email) and you must state: your name, the course you booked, the reason for cancellation, whether you wish to (a) move the date of your booking, (b) obtain an exchange or (c) seek a refund.
For security reasons, our records show only partial details of any credit or debit cards used for payment, however there is a facility to refund (wholly or in part) to the same card that was used for the original booking. To limit any possibility of fraudulent transactions, we will only refund to the card retained on our system.
Monthly Membership and courses:
There are no refunds or exchanges available on monthly membership.
However, if you wish to seek a refund or exchange for a DVD product, you are required to write to us (or email) within 7 days of receiving your product. We will require you to return the product to us, and you will be required to pay the postage to do this. Products must be returned to us complete and in a saleable condition. We will endeavour to process the refund to you within 30 days.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with any of our products or services, please put it in writing to us immediately. We will always do our best to be fair and reasonable.
In the event that an amicable agreement cannot be reached within 30 days, the appeal will be considered by the Managing Director for a final decision.
