07 Sep Where are we Now?

Where are we now?
Trump may even increase tariffs in Asia (Japan) Trade balance is US still a problem – my main bear trigger was the US TB in ’87 – did REALLY well out of it – timed almost to perfection.
Europe had a slow 1st half – UK German growth levels low
Inflation is still tame and wage growth limited
Nasdaq taken a hit this week, Russell, S&Ps down also – I’m just waiting for the Dow to crack.
GBP & EUR – both adding to Euro stocks – Brexit & Italy hanging over the markets also
CYCLE period – typically we dip into September and if we are going to get a year end rally – it normally kicks off into early October. THIS is just a gauge NOT the rule so don’t get bearish unless the signals are established.
